MagicPals account and data deletion

To request deletion of your MagicPals (마법원정대) game account and associated data, contact Sosohan Games. You do not need to reinstall the game to submit a request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email sosohandev2026@gmail.com with the subject “MagicPals account and data deletion”.
  2. Tell us whether you want your game account and associated data deleted, or only specific data. Include your in-game player ID if available. If you cannot access it, tell us so we can help identify your game account.
  3. We will verify that the request concerns your own account, or a child’s account you are authorised to manage, before processing it.

Do not send your password, payment-card details, authentication codes, or identity documents in your initial email.

What deletion covers

The request can cover the MagicPals Firebase authentication account, cloud saved progress, and associated stage and arena leaderboard records. Tell us if you also want support correspondence removed.

Deleting cloud data does not itself erase a save stored on your device. Ask us for local-save instructions if you still have the app installed. Continuing to use a signed-in installation may recreate game data; stop playing on that account while your request is being processed.

Processing time and retention

After verifying ownership, we delete the requested Firebase account, cloud save and associated leaderboard records within 30 days. Support correspondence is deleted within 90 days after the completion notice, unless retention is legally required; we will explain any applicable exception.

Purchases and other providers

This request does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile. Google Play manages purchase history and refund requests separately. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Provider-held records are also subject to those providers’ retention rules.

We will explain any information that must be retained and why when responding to your request. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s data.
